Appearance: frothy white head, mostly diminishing lacing, clear body, amber hue

Aroma: moderate malty and very hoppy, with hints of caramel, citrus and brown sugar

Flavor: slightly sweet initial flavor, which then hits you with a heavy bitter, long duration

Palate: medium body, oily/creamy texture, soft carbonation, astringent finish

Overall: Not really a lager, no matter what the brewer says.... More a very bitter ale, but a good one.
